Emmy Lippold

Founder of Spring & Soar

Emmy Lippold is the founder of Spring & Soar and a senior marketing leader with over 20 years of experience building and scaling marketing functions for B2B SaaS companies globally.

She has led marketing strategy and execution for businesses ranging from early-stage startups to established growth-stage organizations, working directly with founders, CEOs, and executive teams to turn marketing into a measurable driver of revenue. Her work spans the US, UK, and European markets, with deep experience leading global and EMEA marketing programs.

Emmy believes that brand and demand go hand in hand. Her approach combines the strategic perspective of a fractional CMO with the operational instinct of someone who has done the hands-on work, building go-to-market strategies from the ground up, hiring and leading high-performing teams, and consistently delivering pipeline and revenue growth.

She founded Spring & Soar because she saw a gap in how marketing services are delivered. Companies were getting strategy without execution, or execution without strategic direction. Spring & Soar was built to close that gap: a firm where senior leadership and hands-on delivery exist under one roof, fully embedded with the client's team and fully accountable to their results.
