Emmy Lippold

Founder of Spring & Soar

Emmy Lippold spent 17 years leading marketing in-house for B2B SaaS and technology companies across the US, UK, and Europe before founding Spring & Soar. She has owned the number, including tripling EMEA revenue in one year at a global SaaS company before building and leading its global marketing strategy.

Today she runs Spring & Soar and also serves as fractional CMO for a B2B SaaS company with $30M in ARR. In her 18 months in that role, the company has seen record revenue growth and new investment.

She believes brand, demand, and AI working together is the fastest way to accelerate growth.

She founded Spring & Soar because companies kept getting strategy without execution, or execution without strategy. Her team closes that gap: senior leadership and hands-on delivery, embedded in the client's team and accountable to pipeline.
